Sutherland Shire Council Office Building

An office building to be constructed by Sutherland Shire Council at Loftus Tafe. Consisting of an eco-friendly building with a budget of $1.3 million.

This project was modelled entirely using drcauto smart architect 2000 which, also allowed me to do fully coloured 2D floor plans, elevations and the like. I was particularly pleased with this ability of the software (having been told
this was only possible using adobe photoshop). It was a requirement that banded brickwork be used - matching the existing buildings on site - the effect was achieved using a shareware paint program to re-colour the brick pattern supplied with autocad.
