drcauto Licence Agreement:

By downloading software of drcauto from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with such terms and conditions do not download the software.

The content of this Agreement comprises the terms and conditions that manage the utilisation of drcauto trial software ("Software"), by a participant in drcauto's trial programs ("Participant"). Clicking on the "Accept" button in answer to the electronic license agreement question, electronically downloading, installing or using the Software implies your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you disagree with the terms outlined in this agreement, click on the "Do Not Accept" button to contact the drcauto Software Program Manager, and do not use or copy the Software.

CONDITIONS:
1. The trial period commences upon the installation of the product and terminates in 30 days from installation date, but may be terminated at any time by either the Participant or by drcauto, through the provision of written notification of such intent.
2. The Participant accepts that all products rendered to the Participant under this Agreement are provided "as is". The Participant accepts the complete risk as to the quality and performance of the Product. drcauto provides no warranties for the product, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties and degrees of fitness for specific purpose or merchantability. drcauto will not, at any stage be liable for any consequential or special incidental damages or any liability in Tort, Negligence, or other Liability incurred by or under this Agreement.
3. The Participant may not modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, reverse compile, distribute, rent lease, assign or transfer the Software. The Participant may not copy the software except as reasonably required for backup or archival purposes, and shall include drcauto's and its licensors' copyright and other proprietary rights notices on all such copies. The Software shall remain the exclusive property of drcauto. drcauto reserves all rights not expressly granted to Participant.
4. Participation in the trial program will not obligate either party to license, sell or purchase any products or services.drcauto maintains the right to terminate a trial site.
5. The Participant agrees not to use this trial software for commercial purposes, nor offer this trial software program for monetary gain.
